Girl Running

48x60"
oil on canvas

Strikingly similar to 'Speed Empowerment,' this painting is actually part of a new series I am working on that is more about fear and running than empowerment (in origin anyway). I'll see how the paintings develop, but there is an underlying interest in 'the chase' as well as 'the search.' Take that any way you like.

Latest pic shows close up/some changes to the face.

I am so excited that you are showing some of your work in progress. Please show more! It would be fascinating to watch the progression. Do you ever teach? I would SO take a class from you! Thanks for sharing your thought process.
